Taco Dip

(from Robin Oliver)

• 1 can refried bean dip
• 1/2 pint sour cream
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
• 1 chopped onion
• black olives
• 1 tomato, diced
• cheddar cheese, grated
• Monterey cheese, grated

Layer each ingredient on a large platter in the order each appears in the list. Serve with taco chips for dipping.
