Poppy Seed Dressing

(from Applehood & Motherpie: handpicked recipes from Upstate New York)

• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1 Tbs. vinegar
• 2 Tbs and 2 tsp. sugar
• 2 Tbs. whole milk
• 1 Tbs. poppy seeds

Mix all ingredients together and mix well. Keeps several days in the refrigerator.
